Brake Knights provides mobile brake repair services in Northern Virginia. All services are performed on-site at the customer's specified location. We reserve the right to decline service if the location is deemed unsafe or inaccessible.
All estimates are provided in good faith based on the information available at the time of quoting. Final pricing may vary if additional issues are discovered during inspection. We will notify you of any changes before proceeding with additional work.
Payment is due upon completion of service. We accept cash, all major credit and debit cards, Venmo, and Zelle. Returned checks are subject to a $35 returned check fee.
Brake Knights offers a 12-month warranty on parts and labor for brake pad and rotor SET replacements where we supply the parts. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and operating conditions. The warranty does NOT cover:

The customer must ensure their vehicle is accessible at the agreed location and time. A responsible adult must be present to authorize work. Brake Knights is not responsible for delays caused by inaccessible vehicles or locations.
We ask for at least 2 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Repeated last-minute cancellations may result in a cancellation fee.
Brake Knights' liability is limited to the cost of the service performed. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia.
